Turnaround Time
From Time of purchase to the date of your item is shipped is up to 4 business days. If you have purchased something that is on sale and out of season, this can take up to 7 business days to ship. Although we state this, we ideally like to ship your items within a couple days. and if we are not too busy we can ship the same day. Please remember we are small business, we want to deliver the best service for you.
Warranties All products / Brands have their individual warranties. Please refer to the manufacture website to see these terms. Warranties are valid ONLY against manufacture defect. NOT wear and tear and negligence.
Colors
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Thecirclewhistler.com web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Currency. All references to money amounts in this Agreement, unless otherwise specified, are in Canadian dollars.
International Orders: Are Subject to Duties and taxes. The Circle is not responsible for. No returns on International / Cross Boarder Orders. If you select shipping without tracking we are not responsible for lost items in the post, we cannot provide a tracking number, this does allow your shipping to be much cheaper. If you require a tracking number please select shipping with tracking.
Returns/Refunds: The Circle does not offer refunds of products unless there is a defect on an item and was shipped like that, such as stitching or manufacture defect. we do not cover refunds on damage while being shipped or after the product has been used or worn. We will however stand by products for warranty and will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.
