Our nui organic merino Pilot Cap has been a favorite in the nui range for many years.
With a soft hug to the head this soft and lightweight cap is held in place with a tie at the chin. Flat lock seams on the cap allow us to contour for a perfect fit without any bulky joins on young heads that in most cases are yet to develop the cushion of a full head of hair. The pilot cap comes in three sizes up to 24 months.

No special treatment is required; our organic merino wool can be machine-washed and tumble dried. Nui BODY is a great range for year-round wear.

Temperature regulating The perfect insulator, millions of tiny air pockets in the merino create a micro-climate keeping baby warm when its cold and cool when its hot. This means no overheating and a calm comfortable baby.
Soft & Breathable Merino breathes, wicks excess moisture away from the skin and stays warm when its wet. It’s also hypoallergenic and so very delicate on sensitive new skin. The superfine, long fibers of nui premium organic merino mean it is itch-free, light and soft to the touch.
Fire resistant Yet another reason to love merino. There’s no chance it will catch alight near winter heaters or fire places, unlike synthetics which are flammable and melt onto the skin.
Durable & Fast drying Nui merino does not hold smells like other fibers so needs less washing, but when they do, simply machine wash and tumble or line dry.
180gsm jersey knit. This beautiful organic merino fabric not only offers all the benefits of merino, but has a softly shimmering appearance that enhances any garment. Wools natural elasticity and integrity means it will maintains its shape and color year after year.
